This role supports a dynamic company—specifically a PRODUCTION SITE
IN NINOVE—in its transformation into a data-driven organization. You
will be responsible for delivering ACCURATE AND RELEVANT ANALYSES AND
INSIGHTS to local management, the global leadership team, and
shareholders to optimize business operations.

LOCATION:

- Production site in NINOVE (2-3 days per week)
- Headquarters in BRUSSELS (1-2 days per week)

SALARY RANGE: EUR4,000 - EUR5,000 gross per month

**Description du profil**:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

FINANCIAL & OPERATIONAL REPORTING FOR THE NINOVE PRODUCTION SITE
- Act as a STRATEGIC BUSINESS PARTNER for the site management team.
- Analyze MONTHLY FINANCIAL DATA.
- Conduct KPI ANALYSES.
- Prepare FINANCIAL PRESENTATIONS for the board of directors.
- Maintain REGULAR COMMUNICATION with operational teams to understand

business trends.
- Contribute to the CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT of financial and

operational reporting.
- Collaborate with the accounting team or directly extract data from

production systems.
- Prepare and update BUDGETS AND FORECASTS.

PRICING, COST CALCULATION & AD-HOC ANALYSES
- Conduct PRICING ANALYSES for new menu items and seasonal products

based on cost updates.
- Perform AD-HOC ANALYSES across departments (MARKETING, F&B,

OPERATIONS, PROCUREMENT, ETC.) and present findings to stakeholders.

OTHER TASKS
- Support the IMPLEMENTATION OF BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE (BI) TOOLS for

financial and operational reporting.
- Proactively identify OPPORTUNITIES TO ENHANCE COMPANY PERFORMANCE.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Finance or a related

field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling or audit, plus an

initial experience as an internal controller.
- Fluency in Dutch, with a good command of French and English.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Interest in Power BI and other BI tools.
