Luminus' ambition is to remain No.1 in Wind Onshore generation. To reach this goal, Wind needs to improve its knowledge, processes and strategy for integrating renewable projects into the grid. Connecting our wind turbines to the grid, we often encounter problems with congestion or flexible connections, which result in long delays to connect and/or much higher connection costs. This affects the profitability of our wind projects. Luminus needs a coordinator who can focus on the grid connection of our (current and future) assets, who has the technical knowledge of grid connection, knows the regulatory framework and can manage all the stakeholder (DGO/TSO, and regulators) as well as provide clear advice to Wind management and Wind team.

**Your Daily Job**
- As the grid integration coordinator, you supervise the process of connecting to the grid, working with the Regulatory and Optimization Department to keep up with changing grid systems, methods, and rules.
- You discuss TSO/DGO grid issues,, including grid connection policies, market rules, and transmission system operations.
- You spot possible risks and opportunities from grid structures and mechanisms,, especially for wind projects.
- You work closely with the Wind Development team to comprehend the project specifications, making sure the grid connection request meets their expectations and mitigates all potential risks.
- You monitor all grid requests and make sure the capacity is sustained until the investment decision and the final grid payment are made.
- You work with Wind Development to make sure the grid adjustment plan of each DGO/TSO matches the development portfolio.
- You support Wind Development with the analysis of grid connection proposals to evaluate possible effects on projects such as reductions, cost, timing, connection type, etc.
- You give the Investment and Contract Manager precise data and assessment of the risks for each grid contract (capacity, expected change, expected cost or benefit, schedule, price, etc.) before investing.
- You follow up on all construction projects to ensure the planning and cost of connection do not deviate.
- You provide support to Wind Asset Management in validating and questioning grid curtailment due to congestion in cooperation with Wind Expertise.
- Your role is to help Wind Asset Management with any grid issues. You prepare monthly reports on the grid's situation (development, regulation, operation, etc.) for the Wind Program Manager. You report all problems/risks and suggest ways to fix them or reduce them.
- You advise Wind Management on complex grid connection projects.
- You lead negotiations with DGO/TSO for grid connections.

**Your Profile**
- You possess a university education or its equivalent.
- You have a minimum of five years of professional experience, preferably in the grid sector.
- Your expertise includes proven knowledge of TSO/DGO grid structures, market rules, and regulatory requirements. You are knowe about the grid connection technical aspects.
- Your knowledge of existing regulatory context for the grid is a plus.
- You have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
- You are fluent in both FL and FR.
- You are business-oriented.
- You have excellent communication skills and a knack for delivering compelling presentations.
- You are a natural networker and team player.
- You are flexible, constantly adapting to new priorities.
