Supply Planning Super User

Organon is hiring a **Supply Planning Super User** to join us in Switzerland or another listed location.** **Under the leadership of the Associate Director, ISP Athena Lead, this role is responsible for the design, implementation and improvement of business processes and IT integration between, Supply Planning, Internal Sites and External Manufacturing Operations and Contract Manufacturing Operations (CMO) partners. In this role you will play an important role in the realization of the transformational efforts towards more efficient and automated collaboration with Organon’s Internal and External CMO partners.

**The primary activities include but are not limited to the following**:

- Serve as the Supply Planning Super User for Internal and/or External CMO’s for the implementation of SAP 4 HANA & ARIBA
- Support the improvement and sustainment of supply chain processes and systems for Internal Network & External Manufacturing Sites
- Collaborate with Internal and External Manufacturing Operations, Supply Chain Center of Excellence and Supply Planning to effectively capture the business requirements for the SAP 4 HANA and SAP ARIBA implementation
- Leverage data, process, and systems to identify and prioritize the deployment schedule for SAP 4 HANA and SAP ARIBA
- Enable seamless integration and efficient information flow across Internal and External Supply Partners, Supply Chain Management, and other Organon Manufacturing & Supply Stakeholders
- Operate cross-functionally and drive resolution to ensure robust, lasting solutions
- Drive project management and change management activities associated with process and systems improvement: partner with Change Agents to work on appropriate communication plans, identify risks

**Your Profile**:
**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor or Master’s Degree - preferably in Supply Chain or technical related discipline
- Project Management/Change Management qualification is an advantage
- Lean Six Sigma certification, preferably advanced certification
- Business Analytics qualification is an advantage
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification or any other post graduate education in SC Management is an advantage

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Hands on Supply Chain Planning experience, including working with CMO’s
- Affinity of working within a regulated industry
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations and Management
- Strong leadership skills, ability to influence people and behaviors without direct authority
- SAP knowledge (S/4 HANA, IBP & ARIBA)
- MS Office experience (proficient Excel user)
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong experience in planning systems and knowledge
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly, effectively in a cross-functional environment
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Resilient personality with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Able to function well in a cross-cultural and dynamic environment
