**Who are we looking for?**
APCO Brussels is looking for a new Creative Graphic Designer to join our team We would like a creative who has design experience, has a strong interest in visual storytelling and can come up with creative solutions. The work at APCO is very diverse in terms of deliverables (design, video, campaigns, creative presentation, workshops) and we work with a diverse range of clients. **Main tasks**
- Developing client deliverables that require design solutions, such as social media graphics and visuals, infographics, data visualisations, banners, creative presentations, posters, templates, booklet, short/simple motion design (gifs), video editing and campaigning.
- Proactively providing ideas for clients, marketing and internal communications, participating in ideation sessions
- Designing materials for marketing and new business development initiatives, such as brochures, business proposals, templates, newsletters, videos, podcasts and webzines.
**Requirements**:
- A Bachelor’s degree and/or higher.
- Proficiency with Adobe CS Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Photoshop and Premiere Pro) is required and MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) software is also a plus.
- A team-oriented, autonomous, flexible and independent way of working.
- Ability to deliver quality work and good attention to detail.
- English speaking skills (the working language of the office is English)
- An interest in ideation, media content and storytelling.
- Keen to learn and be challenged, incorporate feedback to achieve more effective design solutions.
**Additional skills that will be considered**
- Knowledge and experience in GIF, video, animation, illustration, UX/UI design
- Knowledge and experience with Final Cut Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe XD
