**Description**:
To successfully transfer all these accounts, a program has been set-up. This program aims to coordinate many internal stakeholders (Cash management, Corporate coverage, Tribes, Compliance, ) and external stakeholders: The federal government, Axepta, Kyriba (Treasury mgt tool, ) and a governance & scope by workstreams has been defined: Tribes, Cash management, Corporate coverage, Legal, Compliance, Risk, CSC, Finance,

Given the multitude of Workstreams and stakeholders, to ensure the swift execution of the different phases, a strong governance and coordination is required.

To that purpose a Program/project manager is required with as main responsibilities:

- Provide and manage the framework for the migraiton process;
- Execute the planning and organize the follow-up;
- Manage the budget and follow-up on synergies;
- Interact with and coordinate between the different stakeholders and workstreams with a focus on interdependencies and blocking factors (Avoid ‘grey zone’)

As Program/Project manager, you will work together with the different Initiative/delivery Owners, Squads and Tribes to coordinate the full delivery of the roadmap.

You will define with the different Initiative/Delivery owners the planning, dependencies, budgets, for each part of the roadmap. You will manage the interdependencies between the initiatives.

You will identify the business decisions that are needed and work together with the initiative/delivery owners.

You will report to the Steering Committee on progress and use the governance bodies for escalation where needed.

You will be under the direct responsibility of the E2E program manager.
- Key-role in the development and management of the program plans
- Responsible for the program governance
- Assisting and leading program boards or steering committees
- Program monitoring and reporting
- Risk assessment and issue management
- Capacity planning and resource management
- Financial management
- Training coordination

**At least 10 years of relevant experience**

**Education**:
Master degree or equivalent by experience

**Technical experience Mandatory**:

- Strong expertise in MS Office
- Good understanding of work flow processes
- Very good knowledge of Project management methodologies and tools (Prince2, PMBOK, Clarity, MS project, harmony )
- Familiar with various IT systems

**Technical experience Preferable**:

- Knowledge of client business architecture (High level)

**Business Experience Mandatory**:

- Proven experience in the management of complex projects or a program of projects
- Strong stakeholders management skills
- Be able to connect the dots between the businesses and the Tribes

**Business Experience Preferable**:

- Knowledge of client organisation and Agile way of working
