**Transformation Consultant**

**What Will You Be Doing?**

In this role, you will work on strategic projects across various industries, helping companies navigate their digital transformation journey. You will act as the link between business and IT, taking ownership of:

- Analyzing customer needs and translating them into actionable, functional solutions.
- Leading and coordinating projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Developing clear business cases and guiding implementation efforts.
- Managing stakeholders, ensuring transparent and proactive communication across all involved parties (internal and external).
- Continuously optimizing processes to improve the overall customer journey and experience.

**Who Are We Looking For?**

We are seeking consultants who match the following profile:

- **Experience**: 3-5+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or digital transformation.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with various industry processes is a significant plus.
- **Skills**: Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to adapt quickly to evolving customer needs.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Dutch and/or French are a big advantage.
- **Education**: A master’s degree or equivalent through experience.
- **Approach**: You have an analytical mindset with a strong focus on delivering results and optimizing processes.
