Function Description
- Define and articulate the enterprise-wide IAM capability vision, target operating model, and multi-year roadmap in close alignment with Security leadership and BNPP Group strategic objectives.
- Ensure that the IAM domain architecture is fully aligned with the BNPP Group enterprise security architecture, standards, and governance frameworks.
- Establish and maintain the target IAM reference architecture, principles, and architectural guardrails across the organisation.
- Lead the assessment of the current IAM landscape within BNPPF, identifying architectural gaps, technical debt, and optimisation opportunities to improve resilience, scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Design and formalise the evolution from a predominantly Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) model towards a hybrid RBAC/Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC) framework, enabling fine-grained, context-aware, and policy-driven access management.
- Provide architectural guidance and oversight to IAM initiatives and transformation programs, ensuring consistency with enterprise standards and security-by-design principles.
- Validate solution architectures proposed by delivery teams and ensure alignment with the target enterprise architecture.
- Contribute to portfolio planning by defining architectural roadmaps, sequencing initiatives, and supporting high-level budget estimations and investment cases.
- Act as a key stakeholder in cross-domain architecture boards and security governance forums. Education
- Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Certifications
- Relevant certifications in Enterprise Architecture or Security Architecture (e.g., TOGAF, SABSA, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) are considered a strong asset. Language Requirements
- English: Professional working proficiency, including the ability to draft architecture documentation and lead technical discussions.
- Dutch and/or French: Strongly preferred to facilitate collaboration with local stakeholders. Languages Requirement English: able to write documents in English and have interactive meeting in English. Dutch and French: Preferable to interact with colleagues who don’t master English.
