**Description**:
The job mainly consists of the following elements:

- Ensure 3rd level support (advanced troubleshooting) of the Citrix
- and server-related products managed in the squad
- Capacity Management of the infrastructure
- Set-up and follow-up of the monitoring of the infrastructure
- Deliver operational handbooks, disaster recovery handbooks
- Assist in:

- the design and implementation of the Citrix infrastructure and Remote Desktop Services
- the integration of this infrastructure in the remote access solution (incl. Netscaler)
- writing technical documentation to support the design
- Providing consultancy on projects (Multi Factor Authentication, Printing, Network Segmentation,

**Required experience / knowledge**:

- Proven experience with Windows server, Citrix and RDS technologies in large environments

**Technical experience**:
**Mandatory**:

- In-depth knowledge of Citrix (XenApp, Storefront, License servers, PVS) and RDS Products (RDS Gateway, RDS session hosts, License server)
- In-depth knowledge of the Windows Server operating system
- Knowledge of printing infra

**Preferable**:

- Knowledge of Netscaler gateway, loadbalancing, nFactor authentication
- Experience with the integration of the Citrix client within different platforms: Windows (all versions), Apple (Mac), thin client
- Basic Networking knowledge (Proxy, routing, local firewalls, firewalls)
- Knowledge of remote access solutions like Cisco AnyConnect
- Knowledge of SCOM, Equitrac and Powershell scripting
