**Kono Consultants** is sinds 2004 onderdeel van de Cronos Groep gevestigd in Kontich en we zijn gespecialiseerd in het staffen van diverse projecten die de groep uitvoert bij haar klanten. Daarbij focussen we ons op de samenwerking met zelfstandige consultants.
Momenteel zoeken we ons bedrijf uit te breiden met een
**enthousiaste online recruiter**.
Wat zijn zoal je taken:
- dagelijks zoek je nieuwe freelancers waarmee je online contact legt;
- je verwerkt hun gegevens in ons applicant tracking systeem (ATS);
- je matcht de kandidaten vanuit het ATS met de profielen die gezocht worden door onze klant en verzamelt waar nodig extra informatie om tot een goede match te komen;
- je publiceert job postings;
- je doet de opvolging van heel dit proces waarbij je een essentiële schakel bent tussen de consultant en de accountmanager die de klant in kwestie beheert.
We zijn op zoek naar iemand die:
- reeds een eerste ervaring heeft als recruiter;
- blindelings haar of zijn weg vindt op LinkedIn;
- reeds gewerkt heeft met een ATS (ervaring met CatsOne is een plus);
- zich vlot kan uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels;
- nauwgezet kan werken en tegelijk zeer goed kan multi-tasken;
- voldoende zelfstandig is om hybride te werken met on-site dagen in Kontich;
- bij voorkeur reeds ervaring heeft binnen de IT-sector.
