**YOUR MISSION**
As a Cloud Team Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and developing our team(s). You will be responsible for supervising and guiding team members, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring the overall well-being of employees. You will work closely with HR and leadership teams to ensure alignment of goals and implementation of best people management practices.

- Supervise and mentor Agile Team (s), fostering a motivating and productive work environment
- Establish clear goals for the team(s) and monitor individual performanc
- Provide support and coaching to team members, helping them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
- Collaborate with HR to implement employee policies, procedures, and development programs.
- Foster effective and open communication within the team(s) and with other departments
- Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate plans.
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices in people management, proposing improvements and innovative initiatives.
