Project Manager for The Consumer Energy Sector

**We are looking for a Project Manager to work in the Energy sector.**
The responsibility will be to ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout its journey of installing solar panels, batteries or EV chargers.
The whole contract to delivery process as well as the care/after-sales follow-up are under your responsibility.
We aim at bringing a high standards into those projects held at customers premises. The projects have a maximum output power of 10 kVA or count less than 4 charging points (ie B2C and small B2B projects).
The chosen Project Manager will be reporting to the Operational Director and be part of the management staff of the company.
**The responsibilities and tasks for the project delivery includes**:
- Intake, project preparation (with an eye on safety)
- Project follow-up
- Administrative closure (certification by external party, grid operators, credit partners)
- Customer care for all Solar/EV related aftersales requests.
**This includes follow-up and evolution of the Front Office teams as well as the management of the Back Office/second line working Solutions in Belgium and that includes**:
- Collection & dunning
- Follow-up of customer satisfaction and operational KPI's
- Team Management (approximately 8 people)
- Ensure smooth collaboration with the rest of the company, namely sales representatives, planning, technicians, installers, procurement
Key success factors of this role include top-notch process management for delivering customer projects, implementation of outstanding customer experience and solid solution oriented mind-set.
