**Jouw nieuwe functie**

Als Service Advisor sta je in voor een technische opvolging van de voertuigen tot op het moment dat het contract wordt stopgezet.

Hierbij sluit je zoveel mogelijk onverantwoorde kosten uit en mínimaliseer je de technische kosten. In deze functie heb je zowel contact met de garages als met de klanten, waarbij je een nauwe opvolging voorziet. Je behandelt vragen over onderhoud en reparaties en registreert deze in het systeem. Tot slot ben je verantwoordelijk om eventuele problemen of klachten op een efficiënte manier op te lossen en de klant tevreden te houden.

**Hays Diegem** zoekt een persoon die een zeer vlotte kennis van het **Nederlands **en het **Frans** heeft. Daarnaast kan je je ook goed uitdrukken in het **Engels**. Je hebt **reeds een relevante werkervaring** als Service Advisor achter de rug of je hebt een **technische achtergrond in de automotive sector**. Je beschikt over de nodige **onderhandelingsskills**, bent **klantgericht** en **communicatief**. Zo kan je de vraag vertalen naar een duidelijk antwoord. Tot slot heb je **technische affiniteit**.
