**About the role**
**Your Impact as ‘Compensation & Benefits Manager & Legal Advisor - Belgium’**:

- You are the expert in all compensation & benefits matters in Bekaert Belgium
- You keep HR policies, labor contracts and -conditions, CLA’s and internal regulations compliant and up to date
- You keep a close communication with payroll regarding specific Bekaert regulations
- You follow up sector agreements
- In social elections times, you manage the process to comply with the national legislation and rules.
- You act as expert in projects related to labor relations and compensation & benefits (labor schemes, commissions, mobility policies, premiums, benefits,)
- You participate in salary surveys

**About You**
**Essential skills & competences**
- Master in Law degree, specialised in labor law
- Up to date knowledge of Belgian Labour Law
- 5+ years of experience with governance of benefit plans & pension plans
- Ability to think creatively to design new programs and/or continuously improve existing programs
- Strong communication skills
- Impact and Influence
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Strategic thinking
- Accurate, eye for
