Success of Engineering Projects mostly relies on key individuals demonstrating Intrapreneurial Leadership, and the best way to develop these skills is through hands-on consulting roles—working alongside established intrapreneurs in international companies, contributing to managing stakeholders' engagement, workflows' reliability, or solutions' sustainability.

The experience we are actively looking for:

- Degree in economics or engineering, or relevant experience in the energy sector
- Knowledge and strong interest in the energy market, staying updated on latest developments
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive mindset, capable of working independently and within a team
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to create graphs that simplify complex data
- Knowledge of Python, R, economic dispatch tools, VBA, or data handling is a plus
- Fluent in English, with French and/or Dutch being an asset

The scope of this intrapreneurial project is to contribute to the Federal Development Plan for the electricity transmission grid, ensuring scenario accuracy and stakeholder alignment.

The Key responsibilities expected from our consultant are:

- Collecting, understanding, and preparing inputs for scenario development (NECP, industry decarbonization plans, development plans from key players, etc.)
- Preparing documents (Excel, Word, etc.) for public consultation
- Collecting and structuring expert feedback to address comments from the public consultation
- Co-creating scenarios within expert groups
- Visualizing scenario assumptions and presenting them to stakeholders during workshops
- Taking minutes during workshops to ensure alignment and follow-up actions
