Our company began in 2019 after merging three customer-obsessed hosting groups: Combell Group, TransIP Group, and Register Group. Since then, many new businesses have joined team.blue, and we are constantly welcoming new brands into team.blue family. Since 2019, we have scaled significantly, acquiring 26 businesses across Europe. This has expanded team.blue's operations to 5 more countries (16 in total) and across multiple new online solutions.

**The Role**

The Project Manager will be responsible for running complex and cross-country technical projects focusing & impacting several Business Units and different project methodologies. We are expecting you to have knowledge of the best practices for project management and you are able to anticipate and independently manage risks, results and problems associated with your project(s) and align with other strategic programs or projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage numerous IT projects implemented within team.blue
- Estimate project budgets and present project proposals to the project management oversight function
- Organize project teams and resources to ensure the appropriate people are in place to deliver to timescales
- Project readiness: by ensuring that the technical/IT delivery is compliant with requirements
- Operational readiness: by ensuring the operational teams etc. can support the new solution
- Commercial readiness: by ensuring that commercial impacts are managed, aligned with the project strategy
- Make decisions on quality, costs, resources, scope, timing and risks keeping in mind the strategic view.
- Solve project issues, oversee and direct the delivery teams, manage conflicts within the different groups of stakeholders or other programs/project
- Combine both Waterfall and Agile methodology seamlessly during project delivery

**Your Profile**
- Profound experiences in leading large projects in an international environment
- You can drive creative solutions with cross-functional partners, especially in infrastructure, engineering and product environment
- A strong understanding of modern technology infrastructure, architecture, and deployment practices
- Solid track record of leading and proactively managing end-to-end execution of projects that have transformed their company and delivered quantifiable impact
- Customer oriented with respect to internal/external clients, suppliers and 3rd parties
- Business mind-set, deliver business value during the full length of the project
- Leadership skills, a born negotiator
- Proven experience with the conception and execution of project plans with Agile delivery teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations
- Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus.
- Knowledge of Hosting, wider Technology or E-Commerce industries are a strong plus
