Legal Intern

As a Legal Intern you will support the Legal Counsel of Altares Dun & Bradstreet Benelux with all legal matters within the organization. The Legal Counsel is part of the Altares Group Legal Team, therefore you will also be in close contact with the French Legal Director/Data Protection Officer and Legal Counsel. Your role will be focused on be primarily supporting the Legal Counsel regarding contract drafting and legal research. Through your role you will be liaising with departments throughout the organization, from Customer Support to higher Management. **Main Responsibilities**:

- Analysis and participation in the drafting of all types of commercial contracts in business law and new technologies (confidentiality agreements, customer contracts, partnerships, purchase contracts);
- Assistance to operational staff (Sales, Partnerships managers, Project managers, Product managers, etc.) in terms of contract law, commercial negotiation, data protection;
- Participation in the implementation of new compliance procedures;
- Research and drafting of notes - legal watch.

**Requirements & Profile**:

- Master of Law degree (currently studying or recently graduated)with a specialization in commercial law and / or contract law and ICT);
- Acquired one or more experience (s) within a company or a law firm;
- Master in standard Office software (Word, PowerPoint);
- You are autonomous, rigorous, you have a sense of confidentiality and good interpersonal skills;
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English (on C-level).** This is a strict requirement**.
- Additional language skills (French) is considered a plus.
- Available for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 4 days a week.
