Description du poste
Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités en Belgique, nous recherchons un PMO H/F.
Vos missions seront:
- Assurer l’alignement opérationnel des besoins de planification et d'estimation des ressources,
- Définir et suivre les ressources et le budget à long terme,
- Assurer une communication efficace et coordonner les activités au sein de l’équipe,
- Préparer les différents supports de réunion de pilotage,
- Effectuer un reporting régulier.
**Qualifications**:
De formation Bac+5, vous justifiez d'une expérience d’au moins 10 ans à un poste de chef de projet et/ou PMO dont minimum 5 ans en industrie pharmaceutique.
Vous êtes certifié PMI ou Prince2.
Vous avez également une expérience en Lean management.
Vous maîtrisez MS Project et SAP.
La maitrise de l'anglais est indispensable.
Votre bonne capacité de communication vous permet d'animer et de piloter des réunions.
