Join us as a **Solution Architect** and play a key role in designing cutting-edge automation solutions that transform the way businesses operate. We’re on an **exciting journey to double our business in Benelux by 2027**, and to reach that goal, we’re looking for a process-driven logistics professional with a passion for innovation and the skills to solve complex challenges.

As part of our Solution Design team, you’ll shape customer-specific concepts that bring together AutoStore technology and advanced design tools—building warehouses that think, move, and adapt like never before. For this role we are preferably looking for someone with a WMS or WCS background.

**Responsibilities**:
Work on the future:

- Present and describe our software suite to potential customers.
- Work with them to understand how our software can solve their logístical challenges.
- Understand and implement our future solutions to customers.

Implement and optimize:

- Complete and document in detail the customers’ warehouse processes and integration in collaboration with the customer.
- Support the sales team in winning exciting projects across diverse industries.
- Plan and secure the implementation and execution of tests.
- Provide onsite and online support to the customer at the start of production.
- Provide online and onsite training for users of Element Logic’s software.
- Contribute to internal quality assurance processes.
- Lead software installation and coordinate related activities.
- Work with existing customers to optimize their current processes by understanding their needs and translating that to software functionality.

**Desired skills and experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration/IT/logistics.
- 3+ years of experience in either WMS implementation or optimization.
- Good understanding of logistics processes.
- It is a bonus, but not required, if you have logistics consulting background.
- Experience with MS SQL and databases.
- Good knowledge of Windows (installation, services, networking) IIS, Cloud, Azure.
- Experience in installing / configuring / testing software systems.
- Experience of consulting work.
- Professional language skills in English is a must. Dutch is preferred.
- Good Microsoft office skills.
