Data & Analytics Rte and Scrum Master

**Wat ga je doen**:
As a Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Scrum Master you lead the Data & Analytics Agile Release Trains (Scrum teams). You ensure the delivery according to the strategic objectives defined by the Data & AI steerco and D&A Management. In addition to driving the delivery, this role is responsible to continue the Agile transformation of the Data & Analytics department including the onboarding of stakeholders and Senior Management and facilitating Agile processes. As a pivotal figure in the organization’s shift towards greater agility, the RTE and Scrum Master ensures the smooth delivery of complex Data & Analytics products and advocates for a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

**Release Train Coordination**
- You facilitate the planning, execution, and delivery of release trains (scrum teams) of the whole Data & Analytics department. Work closely with D&A Management, D&A Product Owners, and both Local and Regional IT teams to ensure alignment and coordination across multiple scrum teams

**Scrum Master**
- You serve as a Scrum Master for one or more Scrum teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and planning meetings. You facilitate the flow of ideas and collaboration that leads to exceptional product delivery.

**Agile Lead for Data & Analytics**
- As a catalyst for change, you foster an Agile mindset that propels our D&A organization towards efficiency and innovation. Your strategic guidance will be instrumental in our journey to Agile excellence.

**Capacity Management**
- You manage the full and overarching capacity across all data product teams.

**Stakeholder Management**
- You ensure alignment by conducting strategic planning sessions that connect stakeholders with team’s vision and sprint goals. Through regular meetings and agile ceremonies, provide progress updates, and adjusts priorities as needed, fostering effective collaboration.

**Wie ben jij**:
**Education**
- You have a master degree in Economics, Econometrics, ICT, mathematics or equal by experience
- SAFe® Scrum Master (SSM) certification

**Experience**
- You have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience within Data & Analytics and/or Agile context
- Proven track record as a Scrum Master or RTE in previous roles
- You have proven to be succesfull, convincing and to be able to build trust and alignment on all levels in and outside the organization
- Hands-on experience with project management tools and techniques.
- Prior involvement in organizational transformation towards Agile methodologies.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
- Strong facilitation skills to guide teams through the Scrum process.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage project timelines and delivery in line with strategic priorities.
- Knowledge of Data & Analytics product development life cycles and concepts like DevOps, Data Ops, MLOps, etc.
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in change management is essential
- Experience with Agile coaching and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Microsoft Azure, Power BI (Business Intelligence), Databricks, Github, etc.)
- Good understanding and proven experience with Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, etc.
- Strong technical foundation in data and analytics tools and technologies.
- Experience with Conluence, Jira and Mural is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in English, Dutch and French is an asset
