**Job Title**: Helpdesk/ Desk Side Support Technician
**Contract Duration**: 1 year
**Work Schedule**: 2 days a week (days can be discussed)
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide desk side technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve networking problems, collaborating with the IT team as needed.
- Install, configure, and maintain network devices and equipment.
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software malfunctions on desktops and laptops.
- Assist users with technical issues and provide timely solutions.
- Document and track support tickets, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
**Qualifications**:
- Helpdesk/Technical support experience.
- Knowledge of CCNA and CCNP networking concepts.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with desktop operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in both French and English languages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Part-time hours: 16 per week
