Tasks: We're hiring a fractional Recruitment Coordinator / Sourcer (freelance or temp, fulltime to ramp up and then ~2 days/week) to own our recruitment machinery. We have multiple open roles to fill and need someone who can move the needle on sourcing and keep the funnel disciplined
- fast, without lowering our bar. Reports to: COO Location: Belgium (Antwerp area preferred) Model: freelance or temporay payroll (6 months) Requirements:
- Recruitment experience in a relevant industry (tech / SaaS / fintech / mortgage)
- Strong hands-on LinkedIn sourcing
- Fast, responsive, comfortable embedding quickly with a lean team
- A bar-raiser who protects quality under delivery pressure
