Notre client est une enseigne connue dans le secteur de la chaussure.

Pour son magasin Outlet à Maasmechelen, notre client est à la recherche d'un Assistant Store Manager:
Ses missions seront les suivantes:

- Garantir en l’absence du Manager, la gestion courante du magasin;
- Respecter les consignes du Store Manager et l’aider dans l’accomplissement de ses missions quotidiennes et dans l’atteinte de ses objectifs;
- Contribuer au développement du chiffre d’affaires et à l’atteinte des objectifs du magasin;
- Participer au management et à la formation des équipes;
- Aider le Responsable de magasin à faire respecter toutes les procédures;
- En l’absence du Responsable de magasin, être la personne de référence du siège;
- Participer au développement de la performance et l’atteinte des objectifs fixés par le groupe, objectifs
(quantitatifs et qualitatifs);
- Suivre les résultats et mettre en place des actions pour atteindre les objectifs fixés par la direction
(objectifs quantitatifs et qualitatifs) et le contrôle budgétaire;
- Utilisation régulière et maitrisée des outils mis à disposition par l’entreprise afin de
garantir le modèle de relation client (trainning, standards, visuel...);
- Comprendre les indicateurs, les piloter et les faire partager à l’équipe;
- Satisfaire le client / mettre en place et planifier des améliorations;
- Réaliser tous les reportings récurrents et ponctuels demandés par la Direction Groupe;
- S’intéresser à la concurrence;
- Gérer les réceptions de marchandises, les contrôler, les ranger et assurer les retours le cas échéant;
- Gérer la rotation des produits en fonction de la saisonnalité, des performances de vente, du stock et des
décisions commerciales et marketing;
- Vérifier l’étiquetage du stock conformément aux règles en vigueur, et l’étiquetage des produits exposés;
- Effectuer rapidement tout réassort de produits manquants;
- Coordonner et installer la vitrine en accord avec le plan marketing.
- Anglais parfait
- Francais ou Néérlandais: langue maternelle
- Expérience en tant qu'assistant manager d'au moins 3 ans
- Expérience dans le management d'équipes
- Dynamisme
- Créativité
- Sensibilité au merchandising
- Analyse des données et mise en place de plans d’actions / mesures correctives
- Capacité à piloter des indicateurs
- Sens du résultat
- Esprit d’équipe / autonomie / Réactivité
- Force de conviction / de proposition / de conseil
