Je zal dagelijks in contact staan met verschillende klanten om hun verder te helpen met (technische) vragen en/of problemen. Je analyseert de situatie en reikt de beste oplossing aan. Ben jij zelf niet de persoon die de klant kan verder helpen? Dan stuur je het dossier door naar één van je collega's (Software - hardware - elektronica -...). Indien gewenst, maakt je ook een offerte op en bezorg je deze aan de klant. Je geeft ook technische ondersteuning aan Internationale klanten over hun robotapplicaties. Verder sta je ook in om je eigen expertise verder uit te bouwen rond: robotica, elektromechanica, datacommunicatie,Je deelt deze kennis met je collega's en ben je in staat om schema's te lezen (elektrische of pneumatische of hydraulische) als je één van deze kan lezen, volgt de rest. **Je profiel**: Je hebt een sterk technische achtergrond en bij voorkeur ervaring in: elektromechanica, elektriciteit, mechanica en/of elektro-ICT of gelijkwaardige ervaring opgedaan. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels. Je staat er voor open om de Franse taal en de Duitse taal aan te leren.
