As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be the **welcoming face** of our hotel and the primary point of contact for our guests. Your role will involve overseeing the **daily operations** of the Front Office, coordinating the activities of the reception team, and ensuring an unforgettable guest experience with every stay:

- **Lead and inspire the team**: You will coach our team, guiding them towards excellence in customer service and motivating them to achieve and exceed their goals, all while maintaining a smile and contagious energy.
- **Meet guest requests with brilliance**: You will be the expert in guest satisfaction, finding creative solutions to requests and providing personalized service that will make our guests' eyes shine.
- **Ensure a consistent guest experience**: You will be the essential link between the different departments of the hotel, ensuring a seamless and high-quality guest experience, like a conductor harmonizing every aspect of their stay.
- **Contribute to continuous improvement**: You will be involved in the evolution of our processes and service standards, sharing your innovative ideas to make each stay even more exceptional, while keeping an eye on the horizon for new industry trends.

**Profile**:

- **Enthusiasm and passion** for delivering **exceptional service** that goes above and beyond.
- **Charismatic communication skills**, capable of effortlessly connecting with people from all walks of life.
- **At least one year experience in high-end customer service**, especially if you have been a team leader and know how to handle issues like a pro. Ideally in the Hospitality sector.
- Knowledge of** Opera **is a nice plus
- A natural flair for **problem-solving** and thinking on your feet.
- Fluency in **English** and **Dutch** is a must; proficiency in additional languages is a delightful bonus.

- **Working Hours and Professional Environment**: Shifts include working from 7 am to 3 pm as well as from 3 pm to 11 pm. You may be required to work weekends and occasionally at night. This position is full-time, and we offer a permanent contract
