**Your Tasks as Financial Analyst**
- Lead the **monthly financial close process** and ensure all reporting and reconciliations are accurate and timely.
- Provide **insightful performance analyses** to support business decisions and strategic planning.
- Develop and monitor **budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans** for global innovation initiatives.
- Present **financial results and strategic recommendations** to senior management.
- Oversee **capital investment requests and funding processes**.
- Drive **process improvements** to optimize reporting tools and financial efficiency.
**Your Profile as Financial Analyst**
- **Master’s degree** in Finance, Business, or a related field
- Minimum **3 years’ experience** in a similar role (FP&A)
- Fluent in **English and French/Dutch**.
- At ease with **financial tools** such as Oracle, Power BI, SAP or equivalent
