**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION**:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience**:

- 5+ years' experience in system administration, MS Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) & workstation (Windows 8.1/Windows 10) Operating System, MS Office (2016/2019), software packaging & deployment, troubleshooting and remediation of network joined clients, Active Directory & Group Policies
- A thorough hands-on experience with MS SCCM
- Application provisioning technology operation
- Client provisioning
- MS Windows (8.1/10) installation / configuration / administration
- MS Windows Server (2012/2016/2019) management / administration
- Operating system / software provisioning problem troubleshooting
- Security update & hardening assurance
- System engineering / administration
- Workstation management / creation

**DUTIES/ROLE**
- Ensure that all clients connected to the network(s) are secured and fully up to date with respect to Operating System and client software updates
- Generate patch analysis reports and work towards updating all targets which do require remediation to achieve 100% patching compliancy
