**Mission**:
The Procurement Manager Indirect Purchases, Real Estate & Travel Management will be in charge of Indirect Purchases, Real Estate as well as Travel Management activities, reporting to the Tractebel BU Head of Procurement.
He / She will have full authority over an integrated team (located in Belgium, France & Germany) that will provide services to the Business Areas and the Legal entities in Europe with the following responsibilities/activities, within the context of a new organization and the associated transformation:
**G&A Purchases**
- Lead implementation of the Procurement Governance, Ethic & Compliance and the Golden Rules, and ensure good respect of it in the category
- Define/revise and implement G&A procurement processes as well as guarantee all Group and BU rules and policies are correctly applied throughout the Procurement process
- Define and implement a strategy for the category with impact on the performance
- Manage the G&A procurement activities (market analysis, strategy definition, RFx, supplier relationship and contract management) meeting the expected service level
**Real Estate & Logistics**
- Coordinate and manage the organization's real estate development portfolio
- To support Business requirements, find new locations, negotiate leases and property sales transactions
- Ensure that necessary property renovations, maintenance activity and repairs are implemented and upheld
**Travel Management**
- Define travel strategy model.
- Organize, monitor and optimize travel expenses
**Management / Teams coordination**
- Manage collaborators and pay particular attention to develop teams/people to the best of their capacity
- Manage the budgets
- Define and implement relevant global/transversal KPI to ensue good follow-up and performance of the activities
**Stakeholder management**
- Supports stakeholder relationships, including those with supplier representatives, operational and other colleagues within the company or the Head of Procurement on transversal processes.
- Ensure regular and relevant communication among stakeholders in particular when adapting our processes
- Develop and/or maintain tools to ensure the best process efficiency and the best end user experience.
**Profile**:
- Minimum 10 years Procurement Experience within a similar industry sector and in procurement, with significant experience in the Category
- Team Management experience
- Experience in animation and communication in a transverse, geographical & multi-cultural environment
- Ability to streamline activities, improve processes and manage change
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and strong leadership skills and team management experience
- English language mandatory
