Copywriter

Efficy is now looking for a Copywriter in one of our european offices. **Mission** - Collaborate with management team (MT) and branding to clearly define current and future messages - Define the tone of voice MT members want to use, topics they're more relevant on and act as a ghostwriter - Identify core channels and audiences to whom MT members should talk (newspapers, forums, influencers, networks, etc.) - Craft targeted articles, presentations or even videos, carefully considering the needs and desires of audience - Manage their social accounts according to MT members, monitor some successful profiles, publish regular stories (points of view, videos, curation, etc.) - Search for opportunities to "shine" (awards, IT guy of the year, etc.) **Profile** - Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism or Political Science - Ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple topics at the same time - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and draw out information from a variety of different audiences - Excellent communication skills, both written and oral - Exceptional research skills and with extensive knowledge of business (sales, marketing, HR but also technical topics) - Ability to adapt with ease, depending upon the setting and audience - Patience and strong listening skills are critical - Detail-oriented and well-organized - Firm grasp of the English language; ability to craft quality pieces and edit when necessary **Bonus points for** - Experience in the software industry - Expertise in the tech business - Existing audience/followers **About us** We thrive in the ever-evolving world of CRM and Digital Marketing. _Why?_ Because it gives us a chance to exceed expectations and always turn toward fresh new discoveries, while still leaning on what is behind us.
