Commercial Assistant - Wealth Management

**Your role**:
As a Commercial Assistant in our Wealth Management team in Brussels, you are a crucial link in ensuring excellent service and sustainable financial solutions for the public sector. At ABN AMRO, we are committed to supporting institutional clients, including local governments.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You support our Relationships Managers in managing portfolios for institutional clients (cities, municipalities, public welfare centres, intermunicipal organisations, etc.)
- You handle the administrative follow-up of client files: opening accounts, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance requirements are met
- You ensure smooth and professional communication with clients, both written and verbal
- You stay informed of market trends and client needs, and proactively share opportunities with the team
- You assist in preparing client visits, presentations, and public tender files

**You**:

- ** have a minimum a bachelor’s degree**(preferably in finance, economics or law), or equivalent experience
- ** have initial experience in the banking sector** or with institutional clients
- ** are a true enabler**

by being accurate & organized
- ** are a clear communicator**
client-oriented & enjoy working in a team
- ** are fluent in Dutch and French. English is a plus**:

- ** have a basic understanding of corporate structures**(functions such as : board of directors, managing director, financial director, authorised representative) and a basic understanding of different types of legal entities
- ** can interpret articles of association**
