The Finance-Accounting department ensures the processing and monitoring of financial and accounting operations for Fluxys Belgium, ensuring regulatory compliance and data reliability. - You ensure the correct and rigorous processing of purchase invoices for goods and services, from receipt through to payment. You play a key role in the accounting and supplier chain of Fluxys Belgium. Your responsibilities
- You verify the compliance of legal mentions on received invoices;
- You code the VAT on invoice documents (deductible VAT, partially deductible VAT, etc.);
- You match invoices with purchase orders;
- You post documents in accounting using SAP software (Module FI or MM);
- You process invoices for payment;
- You monitor supplier accounts and other accounts. About you
- You hold a bachelor’s degree A1 in accounting or A2 (accounting assistant);
- A first experience in general or supplier accounting is an asset;
- Knowledge of accounting principles and VAT is essential;
- You are a team player who works with precision and efficiency;
- You are proficient in French or Dutch and have a good knowledge of the other national language;
- You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). Knowledge of SAP is an asset;
