There's always room for improvement, and you can surely contribute **Your mission at Yuki will be**: In this role, you'll be the creative force behind crafting user experiences that leave a lasting impression. **Your mission?** To ensure our users navigate our platforms effortlessly, with every interaction feeling like a breeze. You'll tackle design challenges head-on, using your knack for user-centric design principles and deep dives into user research to understand their needs and behaviors. But you won't be flying solo. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with a diverse team of developers, and product experts to ensure our designs not only shine but also deliver top-notch experiences. Armed with the latest design tools and methodologies, you'll constantly refine and elevate our user interfaces, staying ahead of the curve and setting new standards in user experience. It's not just about designing interfaces; it's about creating memorable experiences that keep our users coming back for more. **Some of your main task**: - From brainstorming to implementation, you will work with the design team, development team and product owners. - You will research, define and test UX solutions for enterprise segments and different customer types. - You will identify reusable patterns and components, document their guidelines in detail for Yuki design language that will be consistent throughout all product family in different platforms. - You will measure how designs are performing and iterate to improve. - You will work closely with the design team to review designs, provide/receive feedback and contribute to a consistent and coherent ecosystem. **W**hat will you need to be successful in our Backend Team**: - You have a portfolio that demonstrates your work and ability. - You can speak Dutch native or fluency. - You have strong written and verbal English communication skills. - You are interested in UX research and have excellent communication skills. - You have the ability to quickly grasp and distil highly complex matters into clean, understandable solutions. - You have expert knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability and accessibility principles. - You are experienced facilitating design workshops - You have strong communication skills to explain your work and vision to all stakeholders - You are experienced working with design tools such as Figma **What we offer**: - A full-time contract and competitive compensation package - A training budget that kicks-in after the first half-year, sooner can be discussed - Flexibility in remote-working, Hybrid working is supported - Working in a scale up company that is part the international brand Visma - Loads of opportunities for personal and professional growth - Plenty of company events focussed on socialising, gaining knowledge and/or sports - A diverse, international team based in our offices in Rotterdam, Antwerp and Barcelona - working in an informal, professional and fun work environment - Creative and stimulating work environment at our office in the heart of Antwerp nearby "Het Eilandje" (with an awesome view over "De Schelde") **How the process will look like**: - Online videocall from our Talent Acquisition Team. - Second Online Interview with Product Designer Manager. - Second Interview with team members. - Last interview with a HR Manager. - Make you our Job Offer. **Are you ready?
