**Overview**:
Solution Architect SAP BW/4HANA with 10+ years of experience. Must have strong SAP BW/4HANA expertise, facilitate target-state architectures, enable new tech onboarding, and possess excellent communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop solutions architecture in collaboration with other solution team members, balancing business goals and project constraints, including strategic enterprise plans.
- Facilitate the development of target-state architectures for both business-oriented and IT-oriented projects.
- Enable the onboarding of new technologies into the organization.
- Act as a bridge between specific business challenges and the solutions needed to address them.
- Ensure that strategy and solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
- Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with standards, principles, traceability to reference models, and alignment with the target enterprise architecture vision.

**Must Have Skills**:

- At least 10 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge and experience in SAP BW/4HANA.
- Ability to facilitate the development of target-state architectures for both business-oriented and IT-oriented projects.
- Enable the onboarding of new technologies into the organization.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
- Fluent proficiency in English.
