- Act as the main reference point for all shop floor activities, ensuring excellent customer experience at all times.
- Lead by example on the shop floor, supporting, supervising, and motivating the team during daily operations.
- Train and coach Sales Assistants, helping them grow and perform at their best.
- Monitor and drive sales performance, KPIs, and commercial targets, with a strong focus on results.
- Ensure visual standards, organization, and cleanliness of both shop floor and warehouse.
- Collaborate closely with the Store Manager to optimize team performance and store results.
- Be a true brand ambassador, representing Subdued’s values with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm. What We’re Looking For:
- At least 1 year of experience in managing a retail team.
- 38 hours/week, working 5 days with 2 days off.
- Strong sales mindset with a number-driven approach.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Reliable, flexible, and committed, with excellent leadership and communication skills.
- A hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. Benefits:
