Jouw nieuwe functie**Als Application lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en verbeteren van de ondersteunende applicaties binnen deze organisatie. Daarnaast ben jij de schakel tussen het applicatieteam en de verschillende stakeholders. Je documenteert de verschillende bedrijfsprocessen en het applicatielandschap & waarborgt hierdoor de continuïteit van systeemondersteuning. Je verwerft inzicht op de behoeften van de organisatie & de impact van problemen/verbeteringen op de werking van de organisatie. Als Application lead heb je een lokale rol, waarbij je mentor bent voor twee andere teamleden. In kader van jouw rol als mentor, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de rapportering van KPI’s en het stellen van de juiste prioriteiten. Samen met andere teams werk je aan lokale applicatieontwerpen en zorg je ervoor dat ze voldoen aan de vereisten van verschillende stakeholders. Als Application lead sta je in contact met verschillende interne & externe klanten, zowel nationaal als internationaal.
