Voor een internationaal bedrijf, actief in een **zeer gegeerde** en **atypische sector**, zoeken wij een **logistics & invoice specialist die verantwoordelijk** wordt voor de volledige coördinatie van bestellingen, voorraden en verzendingen.
In deze functie ben jij de **schakel** tussen klanten, interne teams en logistieke partners, waarbij nauwkeurigheid, service en efficiëntie centraal staan. Je werkt nauw samen met **drie andere collega's** in je team.
**Logistics & Invoice specialist**:
- **Taken & verantwoordelijkheden**
- Beheren en opvolgen van **klantorders**en **leveringen**:
- Bewaken van **voorraadniveaus**en verwerken van **stockbewegingen**:
- Voorbereiden en controleren van **facturen**in samenwerking met finance
- Coördineren van **internationale verzendingen en transportdocumentatie**:
- Contactpersoon voor klanten en interne afdelingen bij vragen rond **logistiek en leveringen**:
- Oplossen van **transport
- of douaneproblemen** en opvolgen van zendingen
- Verbeteren van l**ogistieke processen en data-accuraatheid**
**Logistics & Invoice specialist**:
- **Profiel**
- Bachelor in **Logistiek, Supply Chain, Business Administration of gelijkwaardig door ervaring**:
- Je hebt minstens **twee jaar ervaring** in een logistieke / supply chain rol (shipping/invoicing). Net afgestudeerd in een logistieke/ supply chain richting? Waag dan zeker ook je kans
- Ervaring met internationale zendingen en douaneformaliteiten is een **plus**:
- Sterk organisatorisch en **communicatief**:
- Vloeiend in Engels, extra talen zijn een troef
