Unit-T is op zoek naar een ervaren **Business Implementation Consultant** die voor een periode van ten minste 6 maanden ons team komt versterken.
In deze rol speel je een sleutelrol in het opzetten, ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van nieuwe operationele processen.

**Wat houdt de functie in?**:

- Je werkt samen met het senior management om de noden van onze opdrachtgever - een grote speler in netwerkexploitatie - te begrijpen, hiervoor ga je ook zelf met de opdrachtgever in gesprek.
- Je bouwt verder op bestaande piloot
- en draft-procesflows om een nieuwe, uniforme manier van werken te ontwikkelen waarbij verschillende operationele teams worden samengevoegd in één klantgerichte flow.
- Je rapporteert aan de COO en de CEO over de voortgang van projecten, zowel op operationeel als financieel vlak.

- Je werkt steeds volgens een gestructureerde werkwijze en bent in staat om de boodschap van de opdrachtgever effectief te ontvangen en te vertalen naar concrete actiepunten.
- Je hebt ervaring in het enthousiasmeren en coördineren van cross-functionele teams.
- Je beschikt over sterke vaardigheden in data-analyse.
- Je hebt het vermogen om complexe informatie te verwerken en om te zetten in duidelijke actieplannen.
- Je hebt ervaring met het werken aan projecten die grote volumeprocessen bij de klant omvatten.
- Je hebt het vermogen om projecten te leiden van concept tot voltooiing, met oog voor tijd, budget en kwaliteit.
