About Oppizi Oppizi is an international offline marketing company operating across multiple countries in Europe and beyond. We specialize in large-scale field operations and brand activations, working with major global brands to deliver high-performance flyer distribution and on-the-ground marketing campaigns. We are looking for a City Manager to lead operations in Oostende. The Role As a City Manager, you will be fully responsible for the operational success of campaigns in your cities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Brand Ambassadors (BAs)
- Plan weekly missions and manage city rosters
- Organize and supervise flyer pick-ups
- Conduct quality controls
- Monitor KPIs and report performance
- Identify new high-potential locations and local opportunities
- Maintain clear communication with HQ What We’re Looking For
- Open to students
- Ideal for ambitious students in Business, Marketing or Management looking for hands-on leadership experience
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Experience managing teams (field operations, retail, events or similar)
- Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus)
- Based in Oostende or nearby
- Driving licence required (having a car is a plus)
- Comfortable working independently
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
