Corporate Masterdata Analyst**
The Masterdata Analyst will have a leading role in driving the importance of data quality and system integrity. The role has a process and system dimension, participating in process improvement capability initiatives and new system implementation.

**Responsibilities**:
**Data Management**
- Collect from key stakeholders, create and Maintain Master data and key parameters.
- Review reports on data quality as per monthly standard work (in terms of completeness, Integrity, Accuracy, Consistency). Analyze and correct any data error.
- Participate and support the NPD process, ensuring that all data is entered prior to launch date to maximize customer service levels. Complete any other NPI activities linked to SKU set up(e.g. PIR, Source list, COG, TP )
- Support the annual budget exercise and does the cost-run for the BCS organization.
- Runs de-duplication checks and cleans the system from obsolete materials regularly
**Processes and Improvement and documentation**
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on any issues identified on master data quality and process and drive continuous improvement on process, systems and people capability
- Raise process improvement opportunities, standardize and simplify ways of working, in collaboration with capability and operational planning teams and key stakeholders ensuring consistent approach to data management.
- Responsible to keep the Supply planning hub SOPs on Master Data up to date.
Drive central rules implementations into the local processes.
- Provide training, assistance and knowledge transfer to broaden the experience of Team members
**Systems & Projects support**:

- Participate and support the Master data process development and data verification
- Support system developments by identifying and raising opportunities for process improvement
- Liaise with the wider business and keep up to date with latest developments that impact Master Data systems and processes and ensure integration of new ways of working

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in supply chain and finance
- Experience with SAP E3
- 5+ years in a master data maintenance role
- Fluent English; Dutch and French is an advantage
