- BMC Remedy implementation/development skills;
- Fluency in English;
- Ability to perform duties provided below.

**Duties/role**:

- Analysing the existing Remedy and list the potential requirements towards NCIA for REACH Service Desk and our processes;
- Supporting NCIA in setting up necessary functional requirements within BMC Remedy tool;
- Supporting Thales and Proximus in discussions with SMC MAR (NCIA) on custom reporting and collaborate with SMC MAR (NCIA) on development of custom reporting.
