Visual Merchandiser

Carhartt WIP is part of the Work In Progress Holding AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.Carhartt Work In Progress aims to continuously progress and evolve, without ever losing sight of its origins. Over the course of the past two decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.

Tasks
- Visit stores in Belgium and the Netherlands on a regular basis for VM maintenance and assist, setup for events, products launch and collaborations
- Organize and follow store openings and refits rollout with the retail management team
- Support marketing activities in retail stores and wholesale key clients (Visual Merchandising part only)
- Identify and work with VM oriented staff members in each store
- Create a local pool of suppliers for POS and window props development, price studies etc.
- Identify and find solutions for special needs in the region
- Setup and maintenance of in-house wholesale showrooms
- Create and animate seasonal VM staff trainings in-stores

**Requirements**:
Mandatory
- First experience in retail, wholesale, or marketing in fashion
- Degree in Visual Merchandising or relevant experience in Visual Merchandising
- Strong Adobe Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong MS Office skills (Powerpoint, Excel)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong English skills (both oral and written)

- 3D softwares skills (Archicad, Autocad, Google Sketchup for ex)
- Adobe InDesign skills
- Knowledge of the streetwear universe
- Strong visual and design approach
- Driving licence
- Decent Flemish language skills (oral)
