Embark on. an invigorating journey through our two-year Commercial Graduate Program, igniting your professional potential and fostering a comprehensive business understanding. Starting in September 2024, you'll
undertake four distinct rotations within our Commercial Functions—Field Sales, Marketing, CategoryManagement, and more in Zaventem.
Immerse yourself in crafting and supporting commercial advancements for PepsiCo NE, as you rotate through these diverse functions. What sets our program apart? It's our collaborative approach to development—we tailor
the program to your field of interest, ensuring personalized growth opportunities tailored to your careeraspirations.
Throughout your journey, anticipate a multifaceted curriculum that encompasses project leadership, process optimization, sustainability initiatives, lean management, personnal development, productivity enhancements, and strategic planning efficiency. Benefit from a structured onboarding process, an intensive training package tailored to each rotation, access to learning networks, and dedicated coaching throughout the duration of the program. In
addition to the Commercial Graduate Program, you'll be an integral part of our Graduate Development Program—a year-long initiative gathering ambitious talents across PepsiCo NE to collaborate on a project
sponsored by our Leadership Team. We ensure you're equipped with the necessary skills and support to take on pivotal roles post-program completion.

Qualifications:

- You are a master’s degree student graduating in 2024 or have a maximum of 3 years of work experience.
