**Description of the tasks and the scope of competition.**
The following tasks will be performed:
- Development of front-end website architecture.
- Design of user interactions on web pages.
- Development of automated tests, production and management of test data, development of automated data quality controls.
- Implement core business logic.
- Creation of servers and databases.
- Understanding and implementation of IT security and data protection.
- Cross-platform optimisation.
- Design and develop APIs.
- Participating in the design and creation of scalable software.
- Maintenance of code integrity and organisation.
- Writing clean, functional code on the front
- and back-end.
- Compile and analyse data, processes, and codes to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement.
- Testing and fixing bugs or other coding issues.
- Meet both technical and consumer needs.
- Write release notes, technical specifications and other technical documentations.
- Set up and maintain a DevSecOps and Application Lifecycle Management environment.
- Take over, further elaborate and migrate prototypes to a production environment.
- Carry out one-off data migrations.
- Contribute to the control of the quality of technical deliverables produced by “extra-muros” contractors.
**Level of education**:
- Bachelor's degree of 3 years.
**Job requirements**

The following knowledge is required for the performance of the above-listed tasks:

- Ability to learn new programming languages or technologies (e.g. graph database scripting language, Infrastructure as Code, or cloud-native technologies).
**Specific expertise.**
The following specific expertise is mandatory for the performance of tasks:
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in front-end languages such as JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, and CSS.
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as Angular and Bootstrap.
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in back-end languages and frameworks such as Java,.Net, PHP, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
- At least 7 years of specific expertise in SQL or NoSQL database design and development technologies such as Oracle, MongoDB, Neo4J, PL/SQL, SQL Developer Data Modeler, Oracle SQL Developer.
- At least 10 years of specific expertise in code versioning tools such as Git or SVN.
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in DevSecOps practices (e.g. continuous integration/continuous deployment, automation, lifecycle management) and tools (e.g. Jira, Zephyr, Confluence, Nexus/Artifactory, Git/Subversion, Sonarqube, SoapUI, LoadUI, Bamboo/Jenkins).
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in Configuration or development in a cloud environment, preferably Azure or AWS, cloud-native or hybrid.
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in container technologies (e.g. Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes).
- At least 7 years of specific expertise in secure programming and IT security (web, database, and cloud).
