About the Membership Function
The Team manages the relations between the Association and the companies and organisations that form its membership. It organises meetings, fulfils administrative and governance responsibilities, promotes services among existing members and strives to build lasting relationships of cooperation and support. We engage members to help them achieve their goals through their work with Hydrogen Europe.
**Main responsibilities**:
Supporting the work of the Membership Team;
Administrative tasks related to online meetings
Data management and reporting related to online meetings;
Assistance with the organisation of webinars, hybrid and in-person meetings
Supporting the communication required for membership;
Ad hoc support for the team and the wider organisation.

**Requirements**:
Studies in events management, communication, marketing or related
Strong interest in membership, administrative procedures, and membership associations;
Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package;
Experience with managing webinars and online meetings via Zoom is a plus;
An excellent command of spoken and written English, additional languages are a plus;
Ability to analyse information and summarise it concisely;
Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills;
Strong time management and organisational skills and an eye for detail;
