Management Analyst

**Duties**:

- Serve as the Management Analyst (Manpower) point of contact
- Conduct manpower studies, manpower and equipment surveys, organizational efficiency reviews, and special workload or staff studies.
- Identify need for changes in organization and/or procedures and develops plans and methods for reorganization.
- Prepare and process INSCOM Army Authorization Document System (IAADS) submissions.
- Prepare, coordinate, and publishe Group headquarters and subordinate regions authorization documents such as Modification Table of Organization and Equipment (MTOE) and Table of Distribution Allowance (TDA).

- Two year trial/probationary period may be required.
- In accordance with Change 3 to AR 600-85, Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program, individual must successfully pass a urinalysis screening for illegal drug use prior to appointment and periodically thereafter.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET (TS) security clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a T5 (or equivalent) investigation.
- Requires Temporary Duty (TDY) travel up to 5% of the time.

- TERM: This announcement is for a term position. Permanent employees who apply, are selected for, and ultimately accept this position will be converted to a term appointment. Term positions in DCIPS may be extended up to a maximum of five years. This position may be converted to permanent without further competition after completion of two years of continuous service in this position.

- If an employee brings an infant or toddler (up to 3 years of age) to an overseas location, and that infant or toddler, but for the child's age, is entitled to attend the DoDEA on a space-required basis in accordance with DoDEA Regulation 1342.13, then the Military Department responsible for Early Intervention Services (EIS) will provide the infant or toddler with the required EIS in accordance with the eligibility criteria consistent with DoDI1342.12 and DoDM 1342.12.
