Het **Centrum voor Cybersecurity België (CCB)** is de nationale autoriteit voor cyberveiligheid in België. Bij het CCB superviseer, coördineer en bewaak je de toepassing van de Belgische cyberveiligheidsstrategie. Dankzij optimale informatie-uitwisseling kunnen bedrijven, de overheid, aanbieders van essentiële diensten en de bevolking zich passend beschermen.

**Taakomschrijving**
- ** Eerste aanspreekpunt**: Je biedt advies en assistentie aan burgers en bedrijven met cyber security vragen.
- ** Incidentenbeheer**: Behandel vragen en meldingen, zowel telefonisch als via een ticketing systeem.
- ** Analytische beoordeling**: Maak inschattingen van situaties en escaleer incidenten indien nodig.
- ** NIS incidenten**: Voer een eerste evaluatie uit bij NIS incidenten.
- ** Adviesverlening**: Adviseer bedrijven bij incidenten zoals DDoS, ransomware en account compromises.
- ** Communicatie**: Ondersteun het communicatieteam om awareness te vergroten bij burgers en bedrijven.
- ** Categorisatie en prioritering**: Categoriseer en prioriteer aanvragen.
- ** Onboarding**: Help aanbieders van essentiële diensten bij het onboarden in het Early Warning System (EWS).
- ** Phishing analyses**: Voer wekelijkse phishing analyses uit voor BePhish.

**_ Competenties_**
- Relevante ervaring in klantenservice/ondersteuning.
- Ervaring in IT en interesse in cyber security.
- Goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans (mondeling en schriftelijk); vlotte Engelse communicatie (mondeling en schriftelijk).
- Uitstekende communicatiestijl:

- Je legt technische concepten helder uit en past je aan aan het niveau van je gesprekspartner.
- Je communiceert vlot en correct schriftelijk.
- Oog voor detail en het vermogen om de belangrijkste elementen uit een stroom informatie te filteren.
- Blanco uittreksel uit het strafregister
