The scope of this intrapreneurial project is the full-scale industrial deployment of new manufacturing lines in a context of evolving infrastructure and product development. The key responsibilities expected from our consultant might include:
Support projects through high-quality and detail-oriented execution, ensuring accuracy and meeting expectations:

- Define the production means necessary for the assigned project.
- Define workstation layouts, tooling, and necessary means to meet safety, quality, and productivity objectives.
- Study feasibility and draft specifications for equipment.
- Implement the selected solutions on site.
- Design workstations and special machines with users and suppliers.
- Configure, program, and install robotic and automated cells, including wiring and acceptance tests.
- Document project execution and solutions.
- Conceptualize and implement organizational and human initiatives for overall plant improvement.

Support projects with rational and data-driven assessments regarding costs, quality, and timelines, providing objective analyses for decision-making:

- Evaluate the profitability of chosen equipment.
- Audit equipment reception and acceptance tests.
- Review industrialization and project assessments.
- Validate PFMEA and risk analyses.
- Verify supply of prototype and series parts.
- Validate layouts, logistic flows, production indicators, cycle times, and station balancing.
- Monitor production ramp-up until objectives are met.

Support projects by facilitating communication and reporting between stakeholders:

- Coordinate and negotiate equipment purchase.
- Consult with suppliers during feasibility studies.
- Teach teams during equipment commissioning.
- Represent the industrialization department at project meetings.
- Facilitate implementation of the master industrial plan.
- Plan prototyping schedules and first product runs.
- Collaborate with production, R&D, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Communicate industrialization reports and project reviews.

The experience we are actively looking for:

- Over 10 years of confirmed experience in industrial environments, ideally involving automated production cells, robotics, or special machinery implementation.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams through equipment commissioning and production ramp-up.
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, electrical systems, industrial automation, and lean manufacturing.
- Skilled user of SolidWorks and/or AutoCAD, with a good grasp of industrial IT systems and vision technologies.
- Fluent in English (technical usage) and French.
- High autonomy, solution-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills.
