The activities to be carried out by the person to be hired will:

- Design and operation of liquefaction, storage and refuelling systems for liquid hydrogen.
- Participation in R&D projects of advanced technologies to improve the efficiency of hydrogen liquefaction and storage.
- Testing of cryogenic materials and development of thermal insulation systems to improve storage efficiency.
- Evaluation of cryogenic refrigeration systems and optimization of hydrogen liquefaction cycles.
- Safety and reliability studies of liquid hydrogen systems and components through risk management processes.
- Participation in proposals and definition of private and publicly funded R+D projects and services related to cryogenic hydrogen.
- Preparation of scientific publications and development of tasks related to the activity of the Engineering Unit.
- Coordination, technical participation and monitoring of projects at national and international level.
- Active participation in technical committees and sectoral platforms at national and international level.

This is a permanent position with a salary in the range **32.163,08€ - 37.709,08€**.
