Finance Support Manager

**Join a Dynamic Team in The Hague**
We are seeking a **Finance Manager** with the expertise to manage financial operations for a 100-room property, with additional long-stay apartments, a restaurant, and function facilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Analyze, control, optimise, and report on historical and future financial data, including balance sheets, P&L, CapEx, and cash flow management.**:
- **Translate strategic objectives into Key Performance Indicators to drive business success.**:
- **Draft business analyses and provide recommendations to achieve business goals across hotel properties, maximising financial performance.**:
- **Prepare financial statements, budgets, and collaborate on financial audits.**:
- **Implement and oversee internal operating procedures, continuously improving administrative organisation.**:
- **Supervise, coordinate, and provide guidance on finance tasks during (pre-)opening.**:
- **Manage daily finance administration, including handling part of the payroll administration.**:
- **Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable, preparing payments through organised payment orders.**
**Qualifications**:
- Completed MBA/SPD or HHS education with additional financial training.
- Proven experience (ideally 3+ years) in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Fluency in Dutch and English.
- Preferably experienced with Twinfield, Opera Cloud, Micros.
**Salary**: €60.000,00 - €70.000,00 per year
