**Job description**

**Our regional team is looking for a person with a strong ability in working in a group and innovation spirit. You have proven experience as scrum master, have already an experience in managing a team and a good understanding and knowledge of the IT delivery.**

**Your profile - Skills & Experiences **(in accordance with your level)**
- **Higher Education (Bachelor - Master level),**
- **Extended Scrum Master experience in an IT environment,**
- **Professional skills - certification is a plus (PSM 2 / SAFe Scrum Master at least),**
- **Advanced Communication Skills including the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical audiences,**
- **Good understanding of the (business) processes and requirements,**
- **DevOps knowledge,**
- **Successfully supported an organization in a global context with coaching and relationship management,**
- **Strong leadership skills and committed in getting the job done**

- **Fluent communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a big plus)**
