Business Analyst position
- Hays is looking for a Business Analyst for one of our clients in Liège._

**The role you will take**:

- You facilitate meetings with clients and/or internal stakeholders.
- You are responsible for understanding user needs and effectively communicating them to technical teams.
- Finding solutions to meet client requirements using new or existing products in collaboration with our architect.
- You ensure collaboration with the sales and user experience teams.
- You play a key role in categorizing needs based on their priority.
- You are responsible for writing specifications and breaking down projects into user stories based on client needs.
- Gathering and understanding customer and market needs and transforming them into projects is a critical focus for you.
- You ensure that user needs and various projects are reported to the manager.

**Your profile**:

- You have previous experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment, a similar role or you want to start a first job as a Business Analyst
- Experience with Jira is a plus.
- You are proficient in French and English (additional languages such as Spanish, Dutch, or Italian are a bonus).
- You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to quickly understand and solve problems within IT-oriented projects.
- You enjoy taking initiatives, being proactive, problem-solving, and have a strong analytical and synthesis mindset to support the business and demonstrate flexibility.
- You empathize and actively listen to clients.
- You thrive in an environment where communication is essential and where you can contribute your ideas.
- You have excellent adaptability and are excited to join a growing company.
